We’re looking for a confident Customer Relationship Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through calls and provide effective solutions.
Make outbound and cold calls to prospective customers.
Follow up with leads and drive conversions.
Promote products/services and achieve assigned targets.
Maintain skilled communication and a positive customer experience.

Requirements:
Excellent Hindi & English communication skills – Mandatory
Robust telecalling and convincing skills.
Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking with customers.
Target-oriented with a willingness to make outbound/cold calls.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or BPO is preferred.
