Insurance Telecaller / Telesales Executive

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Insurance Telecaller / Telesales Executive to generate leads, explain insurance products, handle customer enquiries, and convert prospective customers into policy holders.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain insurance plans, policy advantages, coverage, premiums, and renewal options clearly.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance products.
Generate qualified leads and convert leads into sales.
Follow up regularly with interested customers.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
Coordinate with the internal team for documentation and policy processing.
Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly calling and sales targets.

Requirements
Good communication and convincing skills.
Solid customer-handling and follow-up abilities.
Basic knowledge of insurance products is preferred.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer records.
Comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Freshers can apply; insurance/telecalling experience will be an advantage.
