Job Description: Project Leadership: Own the Project Management Plan, including timing plans, milestones (gateways), and deliverables from project kick-off to full production.

APQP Compliance: Ensure compliance with APQP phases (Planning, Product Design, Process Design, Validation, Feedback/Corrective Action). Documentation Management: Coordinate and ensure accuracy of PPAP documentation, including PFMEA, Control Plans, Flow Charts, and MSA. Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead teams (engineering, quality, manufacturing, purchasing) to ensure timely completion of tasks and swift resolution of roadblocks. Customer Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for customer quality, addressing queries, attending meetings, and reporting on project status. Risk Management: Identify potential quality issues early using tools like D/PFMEA, and develop contingency plans.
