We are looking for an experienced and engaging Trainer to conduct classroom and virtual training programs. The ideal candidate should have robust facilitation skills, excellent communication, and the ability to create engaging training content using modern tools and Generative AI
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct classroom and virtual training sessions for employees/cohorts.
Deliver training on soft skills, communication, sales enablement, and related topics.
Develop engaging training content, presentations, activities, and assessments.
Use Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, etc. for content creation.
Apply modern adult learning and blended learning techniques to make sessions interactive.
Manage training schedules, batches, attendance, and overall cohort coordination.
Use PowerPoint for training content creation and have basic knowledge of Excel.
Continuously improve training methods based on participant feedback and business requirements.
Key Skills:

Confident, energetic, and interactive training style.
Valuable knowledge of virtual training tools and contemporary learning methods.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
