Title: Senior System Administrator
Experience: 3 - 6 Years
Location: Madurai

This role is for someone who can actually handle IT infrastructure not just monitor it.
What you’ll work on:
On-Prem Server Setup & Administration
Networking, DNS, DHCP, VLAN & VPN
Firewall Configuration & Troubleshooting
Active Directory & Group Policy
Endpoint Management – Intune / MDM
Azure & Microsoft 365 Administration
Windows / Linux / macOS Administration & Troubleshooting
Backup, DR, Patch Management & Security
Virtualization – Hyper-V / Proxmox

What we specifically need:
Solid hands-on on-prem infrastructure experience
Real experience in firewall & network configuration
Hands-on Endpoint Management / Intune / MDM
Robust Server + AD/GPO knowledge
Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure issues independently
Comfortable supporting multiple offices and 400+ users Not a fit if:
our experience is mainly L1/Desktop Support
You have only monitoring exposure
Firewall/networking is only theoretical
You have cloud experience but no on-prem infrastructure experience

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
