We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Trainer to deliver practical and theoretical training in food service, hospitality, restaurant operations, and customer service. The candidate will be responsible for preparing learners for employment in hotels, restaurants, cafés, and other hospitality establishments.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on Food & Beverage operations.
Train students on restaurant service, table setup, order taking, and serving techniques.
Provide training on menu knowledge, food presentation, and beverage service.
Demonstrate qualified guest handling and customer service standards.
Train learners on hygiene, sanitation, food safety, and workplace safety.
Teach basic knowledge of different types of beverages and their service procedures.
Conduct role plays, demonstrations, practical assessments, and mock service sessions.
Develop training material, lesson plans, practical exercises, and assessments.
Monitor learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain attendance, assessment records,



and training reports.
Support learners with interview preparation and industry-readiness skills.
Coordinate with hotels, restaurants, cafés, and industry partners for practical exposure and placements.

Eligibility & Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Catering, or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant industry or training experience.
Solid knowledge of F&B; service and hospitality operations.
Positive communication and presentation skills.
Ability to conduct practical, hands-on training.
Experience in skill-development training will be an added advantage.
