We are seeking an experienced and reliable Senior Accountant to oversee the complete finance and accounting operations of our architecture firm. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in statutory compliance, project accounting, MIS reporting, taxation, and team handling within a project-based business environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete accounting operations and financial reporting
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and statutory compliances
Prepare monthly MIS, cash flow statements, P&L;, and balance sheet
Monitor accounts payable, receivable, vendor payments, and collections
Maintain project-wise accounting, costing, and budget tracking
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities
Supervise payroll processing and employee reimbursements
Conduct bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
Support management in financial planning and decision-making
Lead and guide junior accounting staff





Candidate Requirements
B.Com / M.Com
10–15 years of accounting experience
Prior experience in architecture, construction, interior, or real estate industry preferred
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance
Experience in project accounting and cost control
Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, MS Excel, and accounting software
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills

Preferred Skills
Experience in handling audits and assessments
Knowledge of budgeting and financial forecasting
Advanced Excel knowledge including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, and MIS reporting
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines efficiently
