About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to manage our complete warehouse operations and lead the warehouse team. The candidate will be responsible for inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, timely dispatches and overall warehouse discipline.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including inward, receiving, GRN, put-away, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and returns.

Ensure 100% inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, physical audits and system reconciliation.

Manage inventory movement and ensure proper control of damaged, defective, returned and non-saleable stock.

Ensure accurate and timely processing of all warehouse transactions in Zoho Inventory.

Plan and optimize warehouse space, SKU locations, storage and material movement.

Lead, allocate and monitor a 20+ member warehouse team, including productivity, attendance, discipline and training.

Ensure accurate picking, packing and dispatch with minimum errors and delays.





Coordinate with logistics/transport partners for timely dispatch and delivery.

Establish and maintain warehouse SOPs, processes, safety standards and 5S discipline.

Identify operational issues, investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

Maintain proper documentation and controls to minimize stock loss, damage, shrinkage and pilferage.

Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Accounts and other teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Candidate Profile

5+ years of proven warehouse management experience.

Experience managing and hiring warehouse staff.

Robust knowledge of inventory management, stock audits and warehouse processes.

Hands-on experience with Zoho Inventory / WMS / ERP.

Positive knowledge of Excel and basic reporting.

Experience in toys, FMCG, retail, ecommerce or consumer products is preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Hands-on, disciplined, process-oriented and accountable approach is essential.

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
