Medivision Scan & Diagnostic Research Centre Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a responsible and proactive Office In Charge to oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, administrative, and customer service skills to ensure smooth branch functioning while maintaining company standards and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise the daily operations of the branch.
Manage and coordinate front office, laboratory, housekeeping, and support staff.
Ensure excellent patient service and handle customer concerns professionally.
Monitor employee attendance, shift schedules, and leave records.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
Coordinate with Head Office regarding HR, administration, finance, and operational matters.
Maintain branch records, reports, and documentation accurately.
Monitor inventory of office supplies, consumables, and coordinate procurement.
Ensure timely billing, cash handling,



and daily collections as per company procedures.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of recent employees at the branch.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of the branch.
Resolve operational issues promptly and escalate critical matters when required.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
2–5 years of experience in office administration, branch operations, or healthcare management.
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Experience in a healthcare, diagnostic centre, or hospital setting will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
