Mishikas Electronics is looking for an energetic and result-oriented District Sales Executive to manage sales activities and develop the dealer, distributor and retailer network across Karnal district.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Karnal market and preferably have existing relationships with electronics, electrical, consumer durable or FMCG dealers and retailers.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors and retailers in Karnal.
Conduct regular market visits across Karnal district.
Identify and onboard current dealers, distributors and retailers.
Generate new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Promote Mishikas Electronics products in the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Take regular orders and ensure timely follow-up.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, offers and market activities.
Collect market feedback and share it with the company.
Maintain daily/weekly sales and market visit reports.
Coordinate with the company team for orders, payments, dispatch and customer requirements.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 year of sales experience,



preferably in Electronics, Electrical, Consumer Durable or FMCG industry.
Strong knowledge of the Karnal local market.
Valuable communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
Experience in dealer/distributor/retailer handling will be preferred.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Willingness to travel within Karnal district.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp reporting.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates who already have strong contacts with electronics/electrical dealers, distributors and retailers in Karnal will be preferred.

Candidates with experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, washing machines, LED TVs, fans, stabilizers or other electrical products will have an advantage.
