Job Overview

We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented Electricians / Panel Wiring Technicians with 1 to 5 years of hands-on experience in electrical control panel manufacturing. The ideal candidate must be adept at reading electrical schematics, assembling components on mounting plates/doors, and completing neat, standard-compliant point-to-point industrial panel wiring.

Key Responsibilities
Assemble switchgear, busbars, relays, PLCs, VFDs, contactors, circuit breakers (MCB/MCCB), and terminal blocks inside control panel enclosures according to layout drawings.
Read and interpret single-line diagrams (SLD), GA (General Arrangement) drawings, and electrical control schematics.
Perform neat, high-quality control and power wiring using proper ferruling, lugging, crimping,



and PVC trunking/cable dressing.
Carry out door wiring, push-button/selector switch integration, and meter/indicator connections with proper hinge spiral wrapping.
Conduct continuity testing, wire verification, and assist in pre-dispatch dry testing/troubleshooting.
Adhere strictly to industrial safety guidelines and shop-floor quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Equivalent trade certification.
Experience: 1 to 5 years in an industrial electrical panel manufacturing shop (e.g., PCC, MCC, APFC, PLC/VFD Automation Panels).
Technical Knowledge:
Component identification across brands (Schneider, Siemens, ABB, L&T;, etc.).
Color coding standards and ferruling conventions (power vs. control AC/DC).
Protected operation of basic workshop tools (crimping tools, torque wrenches, drilling machines, wire strippers).

Pay: ₹8,600.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
