MBA (HR) completed or pursuing final semester

Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment and interview coordination
Screen resumes and schedule interviews
Support onboarding and joining formalities
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist in attendance and leave management
Coordinate with employees for HR-related activities
Support employee engagement initiatives
Prepare reports and maintain HR trackers
Required Skills
Positive communication skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes
MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Positive organizational and coordination skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
