Exceptional Technology is a digital agency that helps brands build a strong presence online. We are looking for a creative and detail-orientated graphic designer to join our in-office team and create clean, high-quality designs for our clients.
About the Role
This is a full time, in-office position. Your work will be done entirely in Figma, from first layouts to final files. You will work closely with our team to turn briefs and ideas into designs that fit each brand's identity.
Responsibilities
Create social media posts, creatives, banners and ad designs in Figma
Design web and landing page layouts and other digital assets
Build and maintain reusable components, styles and design systems
Keep designs consistent with each brand's colors, fonts and guidelines
Prepare and export final files for different platforms and sizes
Incorporate feedback and revisions quickly
Stay updated on current design trends and suggest fresh ideas
Meet project deadlines
Requirements
Robust working knowledge of Figma (auto layout, components, variants,
prototyping basics)
Good understanding of layout, typography, color and visual hierarchy
A portfolio or sample designs that show your skills
Ability to take feedback and work in a team
Good time management and attention to detail
Basic knowledge of other design tools is a plus
