Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store and warehouse activities.
Handle RM, PM, FG and consumable material receipt, storage and issuance.
Prepare and maintain GRN, material issue/receipt, stock transfer and other store records.
Ensure proper material identification, labelling, storage and segregation.
Maintain accurate inventory and stock records in ERP/system.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QA/QC and other departments for material requirements.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Follow FIFO/FEFO and proper storage practices.
Ensure compliance with GMP, SOP and safety requirements.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excesses or discrepancies to the reporting manager.
Maintain proper housekeeping and documentation within the store area.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate / Diploma in relevant field.
2–5 years of relevant experience in Pharma / Nutraceuticals / FMCG manufacturing stores.
Valuable knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
Experience with ERP / inventory management software will be preferred.
Valuable documentation and communication skills.
Candidates with relevant Pharma (OSD) / Nutraceuticals experience will be preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
