Complete warehouse/industrial construction site execution
RCC, foundation, structural steel/PEB, flooring & finishing
Material planning, procurement, stock & wastage control
Contractor/sub-contractor & labour management
BOQ, quantity measurement, estimation & contractor billing
Drawing reading, basic AutoCAD & site level checking
Quality control, material testing & site safety
Daily progress report, planning & documentation
Coordination with client, consultant, vendors & contractors
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting & external development
Project planning, execution from foundation to final handover
Problem-solving and independent site management
Candidate should be capable of handling the complete civil/warehouse project from basic site work to final handover.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
