Key Responsibilities:
Perform gold, rhodium, rose gold and other plating processes on jewellery.
Prepare jewellery surfaces through cleaning, polishing, and pre-treatment before plating.
Operate and maintain plating tanks, rectifiers, chemicals, and related equipment.
Maintain correct plating thickness, colour, tone, and finishing as per specifications.
Check jewellery before and after plating for defects, uneven colour, stains, or marks.
Follow safety procedures while handling plating chemicals and equipment.
Maintain proper chemical concentration, temperature, voltage, and plating time.
Minimize wastage and ensure productive use of chemicals and materials.
Coordinate with polishing, production, and quality teams for smooth workflow.




Maintain cleanliness of the plating area and equipment.
Ability to identify plating defects and perform corrections.
Positive hand skills, attention to detail, and quality awareness.
Knowledge of chemical handling and workplace safety.

Experience: 4–7 years in jewellery plating preferred.
