Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and design concepts.
Develop high-quality 2D and 3D design presentations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and related software.
Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and design preferences.
Prepare working drawings, detailed drawings, and measurement drawings.
Assist in design development, material selection, and preparation of BOQs.
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure all designs comply with applicable building standards, codes, and regulations.
Make revisions and updates based on client feedback or management instructions.

Skills & Requirements
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant design software.




Solid understanding of architectural design principles and construction detailing.
Ability to interpret drawings and translate concepts into accurate designs.
Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and approval processes.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and robust problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
