The Maintenance HVAC Technician is responsible for the inspection, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and optimal operation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
Performing inspections on different types of pumps to ensure they are functioning correctly
Diagnosing and repairing faults in pump systems
Disassembling and reassembling pumps and pump parts for maintenance and repairs
Replacing or repairing defective pump parts as required
Testing the functionality of repaired pumps to ensure they operate correctly
Identifying potential issues that may affect pump performance in the future
Performing routine maintenance on pump equipment to prevent breakdowns
Adhering to safety protocols and procedures during all maintenance and repair activities
Documenting all repair and maintenance work carried out on pump systems
Communicating with clients about the status of their pump repairs and any potential issues
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / HVAC / Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
2–5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance (commercial/industrial preferred)
Certification in HVAC (if applicable)
