Senior Accounts Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Executive. The ideal candidate should have good practical understanding of accounting principles, financial transactions, reconciliations, and statutory requirements. SAP knowledge is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, journal entries, and other accounting records.
Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, customers, and other stakeholders regarding accounting-related matters
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
Prepare financial reports and MIS as required.
Verify bills, invoices, expenses, and supporting documents before processing. Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up as required.
Assist with GST, TDS,



and other statutory compliance requirements.
Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial documents and information.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company accounting policies.
Support management with financial analysis and other accounting-related requirements.
All Other Key Assignments given by Management

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
Immediate joiner
1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
Robust understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory accounting requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
