Job Description:
We are looking for an organized Purchase Executive to manage purchasing activities and coordinate with suppliers.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
Collect and compare quotations.
Place and follow up on purchase orders.
Track deliveries and ensure timely availability of materials.
Maintain purchase records and documents.
Coordinate with accounts, warehouse and other departments.
Negotiate prices and maintain valuable supplier relationships.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of purchase/procurement experience.
Knowledge of Tally and MS Office.
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Robust follow-up and organizational skills.
Attention to detail.
Experience in tiles or building materials is an advantage.
