We are looking for an experienced ELV Technician with robust construction site experience to join our team in Dubai.
The candidate should have hands-on experience in ELV installation, testing, troubleshooting, and site coordination. Experience working with main contractors, MEP contractors, and consultants will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of ELV systems.
Perform ELV cable pulling, termination, dressing, labeling, and testing.
Read and understand ELV drawings and layouts.
Coordinate daily work activities with the Site Engineer and project team.
Ensure installations are completed as per approved drawings and project requirements.
Maintain proper quality and safety standards at the construction site.
Assist with testing, inspection, snagging, and rectification works.
Report site progress and technical issues to the Site Engineer.
Coordinate with other trades to avoid clashes and delays.
ELV Systems
Experience in any of the following systems is preferred:
CCTV
Access Control
Structured Cabling / Data & Voice
Wi-Fi / Networking
Intercom
SMATV / IPTV
Public Address System
Other ELV systems
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of ELV technician experience.
Construction site experience is mandatory.
Good hands-on knowledge of ELV installation and testing.
Ability to read and understand ELV drawings.
Positive knowledge of cable pulling, termination, testing, and troubleshooting.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
UAE experience will be an advantage.
Valid UAE Driving Licence is an advantage.
Candidates available to join immediately will be preferred.
