We are looking for an experienced HR Assistant Manager with robust knowledge of hospital/healthcare HR operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities and supporting employees and management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily HR operations and employee records.
Handle recruitment, onboarding and employee documentation.
Manage attendance, leave and payroll coordination.
Support employee engagement and grievance handling.
Coordinate with department heads and hospital management.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
Maintain confidential employee information and HR reports.




Support performance management and disciplinary processes.
Handle other HR activities as required.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
Hospital / Healthcare industry experience is mandatory/preferred.
Valuable knowledge of HR operations and employee management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office and HR documentation.
Ability to coordinate effectively with hospital staff and management.
