Job Summary

The Sr Engineer in Support & Operations plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality imaging solutions through the application of Zero Touch and SCCM methodologies. This position focuses on maintaining existing features, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional client support, all while ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain And Enhance Existing Imaging Solutions Using Zero Touch And Sccm Methodologies, Ensuring Alignment With Business And Client Requirements.
Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues Related To Imaging And Deployment Processes, Providing Timely Solutions To Enhance Operational Efficiency.
Monitor Client Requirements And Track The Schedule For Timely Delivery Of Support Tasks, Ensuring Adherence To Defined Quality Standards.




Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Document Enhancement Processes And Fulfill Cmmi Requirements, Ensuring Compliance With Organizational Standards.
Provide Technical Guidance And Support To Junior Developers, Fostering Their Growth And Ensuring Best Practices In Imaging Methodologies Are Followed.

Skill Requirements
Proficient In Imaging Methodologies, Specifically Zero Touch And Sccm.
Solid Understanding Of Troubleshooting And Support Processes In It Operations.
Familiarity With Documentation Standards Related To Cmmi And Client Requirements.
Excellent Communication Skills For Client Interactions And Team Collaboration.
