Telecaller – Sales & Lead Management

Location: West Fort Junction, Thrissur, Kerala

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team at West Fort Junction, Thrissur. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day leads, communicating with prospective customers, supporting sales activities, and ensuring timely follow-up with leads.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls with prospective customers.
Follow up with leads through phone calls and messages.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about our services/products.
Convert qualified leads into potential customers and support the sales process.
Maintain and update daily lead records and customer information.
Ensure timely follow-up on pending and interested leads.
Coordinate with the team regarding lead status, appointments, and customer requirements.
Achieve daily and monthly lead follow-up and sales targets.
Prepare basic daily reports on calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.




Maintain professional communication with customers at all times.

Requirements
Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Confident and comfortable speaking over the phone.
Basic knowledge of sales and lead management.
Positive interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to maintain lead records and follow up consistently.
Freshers are welcome to apply; prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.
