MindBliss Hospital is looking for an experienced and responsible Hospital Manager – Operations to oversee day-to-day hospital operations and ensure smooth, productive functioning of all departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate day-to-day hospital operations.
Ensure smooth functioning of clinical and non-clinical departments.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, administrative staff, and other hospital teams.
Monitor patient services and ensure a high standard of patient care and satisfaction.
Manage hospital processes, workflow, and operational efficiency.
Handle staff coordination, scheduling, and operational issues.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and applicable healthcare standards.
Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.




Coordinate with management on administrative and operational matters.

Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in hospital operations, preferably in a multispeciality hospital.
Robust hospital administration and team-management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple departments and operational responsibilities.
Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Experience in managing hospital staff and coordinating with medical teams will be preferred.
