Job Description: Accountant Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, handle GST filings, and manage receivables through systematic payment follow-ups. Key Responsibilities Bookkeeping & Software Management: Record daily transactions, sales/purchase entries, and vouchers in Tally Prime / Tally.ERP 9. GST & Tax Compliance: Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and reconcile Input Tax Credit (ITC) with GSTR-2B. Accounts Receivable & Payment Follow-ups: Monitor aging reports, send payment reminders to clients, and reconcile outstanding balances to maintain cash flow. Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations, vendor ledger reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliation. * Reporting: Prepare periodic Profit & Loss statements, balance sheets,



and cash flow reports for management review.
