We are looking for an experienced Network Security – L2 Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Network Administration, Network Security, Firewall, Routing & Switching, VPN and WAF technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Network & Network Security administration and troubleshooting
Installation, upgrade, migration and lifecycle management of network devices
Administration of Switches, Routers, Firewalls and WAF
WAN link commissioning, deployment, uptime monitoring and vendor coordination
Incident troubleshooting and performance management
Patch management and compliance of network devices
Network Security device and Proxy administration
Support for POCs, product evaluations and project implementations
Network asset management and documentation
Management of Branch, DC, DR and Cloud networks
Capacity planning,
growth projections and trend analysis
Preparation of network reports and architecture diagrams
Requirements
8–10 years overall experience with 4–6 years relevant experience
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Engineering
Solid troubleshooting and network administration skills
Valuable verbal and written communication skills in English
CCNA / CCNP certification is desirable
Willingness to work in a 24×7 support setting
