Senior HR / CHRO – Kolkata
Experience: 5–6+ Years
Industry Preferred: Courier / Logistics / Transportation / Supply Chain / Express Distribution
Key Responsibilities:
Lead HR strategy, recruitment and manpower planning.
Manage employee engagement, performance, grievances and retention.
Handle HR operations, payroll, attendance and HRMS.
Ensure labour law and statutory compliance.
Drive training, development and succession planning.
Manage HR team and support business leadership.
Qualification: Graduate; MBA/PGDM HR preferred.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
