Key Responsibilities
Machine Operation: Load raw materials, start programs, and run the laser cutter safely.
Setup and Calibration: Adjust settings like the focal point, gas pressure, and laser power for different materials.
Quality Check: Measure finished parts using tools like calipers to check for accuracy.
Maintenance: Clean lenses, transparent scrap, and perform basic machine upkeep.
Safety: Wear protective gear and follow factory safety rules.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: High school diploma or an ITI/technical certification in machining.
Experience: 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience running CNC or laser machines.
Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Physical Strength: Ability to stand for long hours and lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
