Role description

E2E Test Lead

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end testing across multiple applications, interfaces, and business domains.
Define E2E test strategy, scope, coverage, entry/exit criteria, and release readiness plans.
Coordinate SIT, E2E, Regression, and UAT activities across business, development, and QA teams.
Manage test planning, test execution, defect triage, dependency tracking, and issue resolution.
Ensure end-to-end traceability from requirements through test execution and production validation.
Drive cross-functional coordination for test data, environments, integrations, and release validation.
Monitor testing KPIs, quality metrics, defect leakage, and overall program readiness.
Support knowledge transfer, transition activities, governance reviews, and stakeholder reporting.
Present testing status, risks, mitigation plans, and go/no-go recommendations to leadership.

Required Experience
10+ years in Quality Engineering and Testing, with 5+ years leading large-scale E2E testing programs.
5+ years of experience in Facets healthcare system
Experience managing complex multi-application, multi-vendor testing engagements.
Robust expertise in test planning, execution management, defect governance, and release validation.




Experience with Healthcare Payer platforms and processes including Claims, Enrollment, Membership, Provider, Billing, Care Management, Prior Authorization, and EDI transactions.
Experience working with distributed onshore/offshore teams and client stakeholders.
Solid knowledge of Jira, qTest, Azure DevOps, and modern QE practices.
Solid communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Experience
Healthcare payer managed services and transition programs.
