Business Development Manager – Smile Aligners

Job Summary
Smile Aligners is looking for a resilient and empathetic Business Development Manager to drive business growth by developing and managing relationships with Dentists and Dental Clinics. The role involves promoting Smile Aligners, building dentist partnerships, generating business, and converting aligner requirements into closures.

Key Responsibilities
Visit dentists and dental clinics within the assigned city/territory.
Promote Smile Aligners products and services to dentists and dental clinics.
Develop recent dentist partnerships and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
Explain the product offering and handle objections raised by dentist partners.
Generate leads and convert opportunities into business closures.
Identify and develop recent markets to improve sales.




Manage end-to-end communication and deal closure.
Ensure regular business flow through robust partner relationships.
Support marketing initiatives to increase customer outreach.
Maintain and support required documentation.
Assist in team development and training activities.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Minimum Graduate qualification.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong relationship-management and business-development skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned city.
Ability to generate business through dentist/clinic partnerships.
6 days working with 1 weekly off.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
