We are hiring for a Senior Sales Manager for a Premium Luxury Jewellery Showroom

Location : Chennai

Salary - 12 Lakhs per annum

Exp - 8–12+ years of experience in luxury retail, preferably within fine jewellery, watches,

luxury fashion, or another high-value luxury category.

1.Commercial & Sales Leadership
Own boutique sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Develop sales strategies to drive revenue, ATV, conversion, repeat business, and High Jewellery sales.
Analyse business trends and build a solid pipeline of prospects and appointments.
Support forecasting and business planning.

2.Client Development & CRM
Manage and grow HNW/UHNW client portfolios and key client relationships.
Drive clienteling, current client acquisition, retention, and repeat business.
Ensure effective CRM usage and increase customer lifetime value.

3.Team Leadership & Development
Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the boutique sales team.
Set targets, monitor performance, and conduct regular coaching.
Strengthen selling skills, clienteling, product knowledge, and luxury service standards.
Identify and develop high-potential talent.

4.Luxury Client Experience & Brand Standards
Deliver exceptional, personalised, and discreet luxury service.




Ensure effective communication of brand heritage, craftsmanship, and product stories.
Personally manage key client appointments and High Jewellery presentations.
Maintain grooming, VM, hospitality, and boutique presentation standards.

5.High Jewellery & Events
Develop and convert High Jewellery prospects and premium client prospects.
Lead private appointments, trunk shows, exhibitions, and client activations.
Create bespoke HNW/UHNW experiences and track event performance.

6.Boutique Operations
Oversee smooth day-to-day boutique operations and compliance.
Ensure effective stock, cash, security, inventory, and reporting controls.
Coordinate with Operations, Merchandising, VM, Logistics, Finance, and Head Office.
Monitor expenses and maintain overall boutique standards.

7.Business Intelligence & Reporting
Monitor key KPIs including sales, ATV, conversion, client acquisition, retention, appointments, and High Jewellery sales.
Provide performance reports and actionable business insights to management.
Track market, competitor, and client trends.
Support sales forecasting and annual business planning.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
