Position: Retail Sales Executive
Job Location: Andheri Airport – Terminal 1 & Terminal 2, Mumbai
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 + Incentives
Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Job Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting products and provide excellent customer service.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Handle billing, product display, and inventory coordination.
Maintain a clean and well-organized retail outlet.
Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
Promote offers, current products, and special promotions.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
Coordinate with the store and management team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable personality with a customer-oriented approach.
Positive sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced airport retail workplace.
Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
