Roles & Responsibilities:
Operate and assist in operating CNC laser cutting machines.
Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and cutting layouts.
Set and load sheet metal/materials as per production requirements.
Perform basic machine setup, nozzle/lens cleaning, and parameter adjustments.
Monitor cutting quality, dimensions, and surface finish.
Conduct first-level inspection of laser-cut components using measuring instruments.
Identify defects such as improper cutting, burrs, slag, and dimensional deviations.
Maintain production records and machine-related documentation.
Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and 5S practices.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams for smooth operation.
Preferred Skills:
Basic knowledge of CNC/laser cutting machines.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Willingness to work in shifts.
Valuable learning ability and attention to detail.
