KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Make outbound calls to prospects and generate quality real estate leads
Handle inbound enquiries from ads, website and social media
Explain available properties, projects and pricing clearly and professionally
Understand customer requirements and qualify leads
Fix site visit appointments for the sales team
Follow up regularly with interested prospects
Maintain accurate call records and lead data in Excel or CRM
Achieve daily and monthly calling and appointment targets
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a telecaller in real estate (mandatory)
Clear, confident and polite communication in Hindi (English is a plus)
Good convincing and follow-up skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM or lead tracking)
Ability to handle rejection and work towards targets
Prior experience in lead generation and site visit fixing is an advantage
