Career Guru is looking for a passionate and experienced Certified Career Counsellor to join our team.

Position

Career Counsellor – Certified

Key Responsibilities
Conduct one-to-one career counselling sessions for students and parents.
Assess students’ interests, aptitude, skills, and career goals.
Provide personalised career and course guidance.
Explain higher education opportunities, courses, colleges, and career pathways.
Conduct counselling sessions through online and offline modes.
Follow up with students and parents and maintain counselling records.
Support career guidance workshops, seminars, and student engagement activities.

Requirements
Certified Career Counsellor qualification preferred.
Degree / PG in Psychology, Education, Career Guidance, HR,



or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in career counselling or student counselling is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to confidently interact with students and parents.
Good knowledge of higher education and career opportunities.
Malayalam and English communication skills preferred.
