Job Summary

The Restaurant Manager ( 8 to 10 years experience )is responsible for the overall management of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient day-to-day functioning, profitability, and compliance with company standards. The role involves leading the restaurant team, maintaining food quality, controlling costs, driving sales, and ensuring adherence to hygiene, safety, and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management
Manage the overall daily operations of the restaurant.
Ensure smooth opening and closing of the restaurant.
Monitor service standards and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
Coordinate with the kitchen, service, housekeeping, and maintenance teams for seamless operations.
Ensure compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Sales & Target
Achieve sales and revenue targets.
Promote upselling and suggestive selling practices.
Plan and execute promotional activities and seasonal campaigns.
Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to increase revenue.
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, coach, and develop restaurant employees.

Foster a positive, productive,



and customer-focused work workplace
Conduct daily briefings and team meetings.
Financial Management
Monitor daily sales, cash handling, and billing accuracy.
Control food, beverage, and operating costs.
Minimize wastage and pilferage.
Review daily reports, expenses, and profitability.
Assist in preparing budgets and forecasting.
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
Administration & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams
Review sales reports, guest feedback, and performance metrics.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and shift reports.
Prepare duty rosters and manage shift scheduling.

Note : Must have experience 8 to 10 years in restaurant/hotel.
