CASHIER – JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Cashier
Job Location: Goramachoya, Jhansi
Department: Accounts / Finance

Key Responsibilities
Receive cash and other payments from customers.
Maintain accurate records of daily cash transactions.
Prepare bills, receipts, and payment entries.
Perform daily cash reconciliation and closing.
Assist with bank deposits and withdrawals.
Maintain and organize accounting records and documents.
Deal with customers politely and professionally.
Report any cash shortage, mismatch, or discrepancy immediately.
Support the accounts team with routine financial activities.

Qualification & Skills
B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) is mandatory.
Previous cashier experience is mandatory.
Positive knowledge of cash handling and basic accounting.




Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.

Salary

Attractive salary based on qualification and experience.
