Key responsibilities

Conduct regular patrols and respond promptly to incidents or emergencies.
Coordinate with hospital departments and emergency-response teams.
Maintain incident reports, shift logs, and other security records.
Ensure staff follow hospital safety procedures and provide courteous assistance to visitors.

Requirements
Previous experience in security, preferably in a hospital or similar setting.
Robust leadership, communication, and observation skills.
Ability to remain calm and act responsibly in emergencies.
Relevant security training or certification is an advantage.

Conduct routine inspections and patrols across hospital premises.
Respond to incidents, emergencies, and safety concerns; coordinate with hospital teams and emergency services when required.
Maintain accurate incident reports, attendance records, and daily security logs.
Train and guide security staff on hospital procedures, customer service, and emergency response.
Ensure security operations follow hospital policies and applicable regulations.

Qualifications and requirements
Minimum 12th-pass qualification; a diploma or degree is an advantage.
Prior experience in security, with supervisory experience preferred.
Security training or a recognized security-guard/supervisor certification is desirable.
Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Physically fit, alert, and able to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Basic computer and report-writing skills are preferred.
