Key Responsibilities
Manage and follow up with leads
Maintain customer records and CRM data
Coordinate with the sales team
Track enquiries and follow-ups
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Prepare basic reports and update CRM systems
Requirements
Positive communication skills
Basic knowledge of CRM tools
Valuable organizational and follow-up skills
Freshers can apply
Prior CRM/Sales experience is a plus
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
