Make outbound calls to recent and existing customer leads.
Contact customers regarding 2-wheeler enquiries, offers, finance schemes and exchange offers.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into showroom visits, test rides and bookings.
Make follow-up calls to customers who have shown interest in vehicles.
Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries and customer follow-ups.
Coordinate with Sales Executives and Sales Managers for lead conversion.
Contact existing customers for referrals and repeat business.
Inform customers about current models, promotional offers and upcoming events.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide basic vehicle information.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
Update customer details and follow-up status in DMS/CRM/Excel.
Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure timely follow-up

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
