Job Responsibilities
Collect, receive, label, and process patient samples.
Perform routine laboratory investigations accurately and efficiently.
Handle blood, urine, and other clinical specimens following safety protocols.
Operate laboratory equipment and instruments.
Perform sample processing and maintain proper documentation.
Record and maintain accurate test results.
Follow laboratory quality-control and infection-control procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the laboratory.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments regarding investigations.
Handle emergency and urgent samples promptly.
Maintain patient confidentiality and follow hospital policies.

Qualifications
DMLT / B.Sc.



MLT or equivalent qualification.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work in shifts.
