Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Client Support Specialist to handle customer interactions, manage appointments, and provide timely solutions to customer queries. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a helpful attitude, and the ability to handle multiple customer requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions through phone calls and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information and assistance.
Respond to customer queries professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Schedule and book appointments based on customer requirements and availability.
Confirm, reschedule, and follow up on appointments when required.
Maintain accurate records of customer details, appointments, and interactions.
Coordinate with the concerned team to ensure smooth appointment scheduling and service delivery.
Follow up with customers regarding pending queries, appointments, or requests.
Ensure customers receive timely updates and accurate information.
Handle customer concerns politely and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.




Ensure a smooth customer experience from initial interaction through appointment completion.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information and records.

Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience in customer support, client handling, appointment booking, front desk, telecalling, or customer service will be preferred.
Candidates should be comfortable communicating with customers over calls.
Solid communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
