We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to represent Royal Enfield. The role involves contacting customers over the phone to provide information about Royal Enfield motorcycles, service bookings, offers, and customer follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
Inform customers about Royal Enfield bikes, test rides, service reminders, and offers
Follow up with leads generated from walk-ins, website inquiries, and campaigns
Schedule test rides and service appointments
Handle customer queries professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction
Update customer details and call records accurately in the system
Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate
Valuable communication skills in [local language] and English/Hindi
Basic knowledge of motorcycles preferred (Royal Enfield knowledge is a plus)
Ability to handle customers politely and confidently
Basic computer knowledge
