Job Description:

Job Role: Accountant
Location: Shenoy Nagar, Chennai,
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Salary: 20,000 – 30,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, invoicing, payment follow-ups, TDS calculations, budgeting, cash flow monitoring, Tally entries, and financial documentation.

The candidate will also coordinate with auditors, directors, banks, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth accounting and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare revenue/sales invoices accurately and on time.
Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and maintain receivable records.
Calculate TDS for clients and maintain supporting records.
Coordinate and send sales invoices for statutory filing before the 11th of every month.
Coordinate and send purchase invoices for filing before the 20th of every month.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets.
Schedule and manage weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payments.
Prepare and monitor project cost calculations.
Perform cash flow analysis and support financial planning.
Maintain and update rate card calculators.
Handle day-to-day Tally entries and accounting records.




Manage petty cash, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Maintain physical and electronic accounting files and ledgers.
Coordinate between the Auditor and Directors for accounting and statutory requirements.
Coordinate between Directors and Banks for banking-related activities.
Support general office administration and documentation.
Ensure accounting records are complete, accurate, and properly maintained.

Candidate Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in B.Com / Accounting / Finance or related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
Positive working knowledge of Tally.
Basic knowledge of TDS, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting documentation.
Understanding of budgeting, cash flow, and project costing will be preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Robust attention to detail and ability to meet monthly deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
