Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer – General Civil Works to support civil engineering and site execution activities for real estate projects in Mumbai.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, grading, drainage, road layouts and general civil drawings, along with a valuable understanding of foundations and concrete/steel structures.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review General Arrangement (GA) drawings using AutoCAD.
Develop and review civil grading designs and grading sections.
Prepare road layouts, profiles and sections.
Prepare and review drainage layouts and sections.
Work on Civil 3D alignment and profile sheets.
Perform and review cut-fill calculations.
Prepare soil erosion layouts and related details.
Coordinate civil drawings and requirements with site execution teams.
Support foundation and general civil works at project sites.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders.




Ensure civil works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications.

Required Skills
Robust hands-on knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
Experience in:
Civil grading
Grading sections
Drainage layouts
Road layouts and sections
Alignment and profile sheets
Cut-fill calculations
General Arrangement drawings
Soil erosion layouts/details
Understanding of RCC/concrete structures, steel structures and foundations.
Experience in real estate or construction projects is preferred.
Valuable drawing interpretation and site coordination skills.
Knowledge of additional civil/structural engineering software will be an advantage.

Experience

Candidates with 3+ years of relevant Civil Engineering experience will be preferred. Candidates with 2–4 years of relevant experience may also be considered based on their technical skills.
