We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts within a designated geographical region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets, expand our customer base, and ensure strong customer relationships. This role requires a strong leader with proven sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base within the assigned area.
Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure individual and team success.
Identify and pursue recent business opportunities, markets, and potential clients to drive revenue growth and market share.
Build and maintain robust, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends,



prospects, and challenges, adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management, analyzing sales data and performance metrics.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and customer satisfaction.
Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closing, and post-sales support.
Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products/services and network with potential clients.
Address and resolve complex customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance against KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed to meet or exceed objectives.
