Core Responsibilities
Equipment and Area Sanitation: Operate and maintain dishwashing machines, pot-scrubbing stations, and trash compactors while keeping kitchen floors, walls, and storage areas clean.
Dish and Utensil Management: Wash, sanitize, and properly store all china, flatware, cutlery, crockery, and heavy cooking vessels.
Waste Disposal: Safely gather and empty kitchen garbage, recyclables, and waste into outside compactors or designated color-coded bins.
Kitchen Support: Assist cooks and culinary staff with transporting items, stocking banquet buffets, and handling plate-ups.
Safety and Compliance: Follow local health regulations, adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines, and report any workplace hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
