Sales & Marketing Head

Full time | ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Head to lead our admissions and marketing activities and drive student enrolments.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales & marketing team.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Manage leads, follow-ups, counselling and conversions.
Plan and execute local and digital marketing activities.
Coordinate with the media/digital marketing team.
Track sales performance and prepare reports.
Develop partnerships with colleges, institutions and other potential sources.
Conduct regular team reviews and improve conversion performance.

Requirements
3+ years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in education.
Solid leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in handling sales teams and achieving targets.
Positive knowledge of digital marketing and lead management.
Proficiency in English and Malayalam.

Immediate joining preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
