Junior Accountant – Dior Pharmaceuticals

Location: Dior Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing Unit, Mohali, Punjab
Salary: Up to ₹18,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Dior Pharmaceuticals is looking for an experienced and responsible Junior Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting activities, banking work, vendor coordination, and financial documentation at our manufacturing unit in Mohali.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial entries.
Handle purchase, sales, expense, payment, and receipt entries.
Manage banking-related activities, including bank visits, deposits, cheque-related work, and other banking requirements.
Coordinate with vendors for payments, invoices, statements, and account reconciliation.
Maintain proper documentation of invoices, bills, vouchers, and other accounting records.
Assist in bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and outstanding payment tracking.

Requirements




Previous experience in accounting is preffrable.
Candidate should have practical knowledge of day-to-day accounting operations.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software Marg or Tally is preferred.
Candidate must have an own vehicle for banking work.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Responsible, punctual, and capable of independently handling assigned accounting work.
Candidates with experience in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical company will be preferred.
